Kirsty Kirkland
I’m Kirsty, a physiotherapist with a special interest in supporting women living with lipoedema, lymphoedema, and chronic swelling—gently, respectfully, and with care that actually makes sense for your body.
Whether you're navigating the heaviness and discomfort of lipoedema, managing the tightness and skin changes of lymphoedema, or living with scars that restrict movement or impact lymphatic flow, I’m here to help you feel more at ease in your body again. These challenges are often misunderstood or dismissed—I’m here to offer something different.
My approach blends evidence-based physiotherapy, manual lymphatic drainage, scar therapy, individualised movement support, and compression therapy, always tailored to your unique story, stage, and goals. I work with women at all points in their journey—whether you’re newly diagnosed, managing ongoing symptoms, or seeking long-term support and maintenance.
You’ll find a safe and compassionate space here—one where you’re listened to, cared for, and never judged. Because your experience is valid, and your care should be too.
Let’s work together to reduce swelling, soften scar tissue, improve movement, and support your lymphatic health—so you can feel lighter, freer, and more in control of your health.
